Infant Massage can help your baby relax, sleep well and can also alleviate discomfort due to gas, constipation, colic, teething, and congestion. Massage also promotes attachment and bonding by providing skin-to-skin touch and a nurturing experience between parent and infant. This workshop ($40) or at home private session ($55) will teach participants the basic techniques for infant massage. Participants will receive an Infant Massage Kit, which includes a carrier oil and handout on techniques. Participants should bring along their baby, towel and blanket. The Baby Bliss Prenatal Labour and Delivery Workshop was created for those that have a busy schedule and who simply can't commit to a series of classes. This class will help prepare you and your partner for what to expect during labour, birth and the postpartum period. We suggest you take your prenatal class between 20 and 36 weeks of pregnancy.
