Baby Bliss offers a combination of services that will address your baby planning and postpartum support needs. Through our educational, interactive, hands on workshops, participants will attain the skills necessary to survive and thrive through parenthood, one baby step at a time.

SUPPORT - POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES
As Postpartum Doulas certified through the Childbirth and Professional Association of Canada (CAPPA), we are skilled and knowledgeable about the care and development of infants as well as maternal recovery and adjustment. We provide guidance on newborn care and feeding, and can assist mothers with physical and emotional recovery. Even if this is not your first child, we can assist you as you adapt to your new family life.
Blissful Baby Postpartum Doula Package (3 Hours) $300
Elizabeth and Michelle work as a team and provide parents with hands-on training and education. During an at home visit(s) the following subjects are discussed: Baby Care Needs; Transition into Parenthood; Postpartum Recovery; Bonding and Attachment; Breastfeeding/Supplement Support; and Comfort and Calming Methods including, The Happiest Baby on the Block Education and Infant Massage.
